Return & Refund Policy

At BaytTech, we strive to provide the highest quality beauty and self-care products. To maintain our professional standards and ensure the health and safety of our global community, we have established the following policy.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Condition of Items (Hygiene & Safety)

Due to the nature of skincare, makeup, and personal care products, we maintain a strict hygiene policy.

  • Used Products: Any product that has been opened, tested, or used is strictly ineligible for return or refund.

  • Original Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unopened, unused, and in its original, sealed packaging.

  • Professional Inspection: All returns are inspected upon arrival. Items showing signs of use or tampered seals will be rejected and returned to the sender at their expense.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@bayttech.com. Please include your order number and a photo of the unopened product. Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Defective Items: If the item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, BaytTech will cover the return shipping costs. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Refunds & Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Late Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@bayttech.com.
